• No nudity — this is a polo appreciation site, not an adult site
• Keep it classy — we celebrate the glamour and style of Polo, not exploit it
• No violent, graphic, or disturbing content

3. Photo Trading & Sales

• Only sell photos you own — do not sell or share copyrighted images
• Be honest about your photos — no misleading descriptions or stolen work
• Agree prices before trading — all transactions are between buyer and seller
• Polo Crumpet takes no responsibility for private transactions between members
• Report scammers immediately to moderators

4. Privacy & Safety

• Do not share personal information of others without their consent
• Do not post private messages publicly
• Protect your own privacy — be careful what you share
• No doxxing — revealing someone's real identity or private details is an instant ban
• Account holders for paid features (Lounge credits, Studio subscription, photo downloads) must be at least 18 years old. This is enforced by our payment processor, which requires all account holders to be of legal age. By making a purchase you confirm you are 18 or over.

5. No Spam or Self-Promotion

• No spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotions
• No repeated posting of the same content
• One account per person — multiple accounts will be banned
• No phishing links or malware

6. Legal

• No illegal content or activity
• Respect intellectual property — only share content you have rights to

• UK jurisdiction — these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using this site you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute.

7. AI Disclosure

• AI models in the Lounge are not real people. The chat models in our Model Chat Lounge are AI-generated personas powered by large language models. They are entirely fictional.
• AI Image Studio outputs are generated by an external AI image-generation service and are clearly labelled as AI-generated.
• Voice Support uses AI-generated speech. No real human operator is on the call.
• None of these conversations, voices, or images are with real human subjects.
